When two police officers came to interview Jamie Bauld, a
polite, friendly Down’s syndrome boy with a mental age of
about 5, he welcomed them with a big smile and a handshake. As
the officers read him his rights and charged him with assault

thanked them for coming to see him.

Yesterday Jamie’s parents told The Times that they had been
through a seven-month ordeal with the Scottish legal system
over what they described as a minor fracas between two youngsters

is open or shut. But his parents said that he was charged with

They believe that he was a victim of the zero-tolerance policy
on racism under which police have to respond to any

Experts in Down’s syndrome say that the case shows

Police in a Denver suburb have arrested a man after a disturbance

that developed because he and the mother of his child could not

agree on which gang colors the baby would wear.

According to a report in the Rocky Mountain News, the man in

the Commerce City case, identified as 19-year-old Joseph

Manzanares, was arrested after he allegedly created a disturbance

over the weekend at a Hollywood Video where his former

girlfriend, whose name was not revealed, worked.

He was harassing his former girlfriend and knocked over a

computer and a magazine stand and yelled obscenities, police

said witnesses reported.

The suspect left the store before officers arrived but was arrested

later at his home, police said.

"When officers questioned the woman, they learned that the two

had been together for four years and were the parents of a child," the

newspaper said. "When police asked the woman why the two had

separated, she said they have 'different ideas about how the baby

should be raised.'"

Officer Daniel Swift asked her to explain."They could not agree on

which gang the baby would claim," Swift reported.

Manzanares was jailed, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct

and was assessed $810 in Adams County court processing

and probation fees.

"just_readin" on the newspaper's forum page. "Guess that is

omni-present, "Women's History Month" posters in the

school, I have been in homerooms in which the boys are so

abused by their feminist teachers that they cannot even

whimper, even after serial attempts to get them to say

anything at all. In one classroom in which Grade-12 students

were nearing their graduation, I had a boy cry about the

climate of ever-climaxing anti-male hate.

The American marriage rate has dropped almost 50% since

1970. Thirty seven percent of American children do not live

with both biological parents, the highest percentage among

Western nations, compared to 9% in 1965. Almost forty per

cent were born out of wedlock in 2005 compared to 8% in 1965.

Only one-in-four households now consist of married couples with

children half the 1960 level. "The United States has the weakest

families in the Western world because we have the highest divorce

rate and the highest rate of solo parenting," says Rutgers Sociology

Professor David Popenoe.

A defining characteristic of homosexuality is sexual

being told to have sex, is it any wonder they are inviting adult

Another school program run by the Red Cross teaches ten-year-olds

what to expect when they begin dating, i.e. how to recognize when

they are being terrorized and abused. They are taught about "the

a family. Girls today will reach marital age feeling jaded and abused,

and may already have a child. Compare this to 50-years-ago when

sex was consecrated for marriage, love and family.

concerned that today's man focus's too much on what he

believes is his expected part to play sexually, instead of

simply enjoying himself.

This self proclaimed Sexual Guru, has his wife to bugger him

any less of a man, quite the contrary. He believes that if a

would have had easy access to this poison. Danish society along

with most others in Western Europe is so far past the point of

In the UK, 7000 citizens signed their name to a petition to expand

hate crime laws. They want the laws to punish anyone who commits

violence because someone looks different. The petition responds to

the murder of a young Goth-dressing woman and her boyfriend

in a park.

The assailants didn't know the girl. Presumably they attacked

her because she was wearing black lipstick. That's how the

argument goes. The thuggish kids who attacked her should get

tripled penalties because their violence was motivated by her

weird looks.

So, it would have been less heinous had she been an upper

class, pearls-wearing babe attacked because she looked rich?

What if she'd been a gorgeous blonde cheerleader and they

attacked her because they weren't getting any? The list goes

on forever.

It is hideously unjust to label the value of various victims,

stiffening penalties for some murders and not others, for some

assaults and not others, etc. Every violent crime is a tragedy

to be redressed. Endlessly add to the list of special "hate

crime" victims, and someday everybody will be on

it. Then we'll be right back where we started: equal law.

But unjust penalties for violent crimes aren't the greatest

danger of hate crime laws. Their greatest danger is that they

criminalize free speech. They criminalize certain beliefs and

animosities-emotions with which the government has no business

meddling. The government has no more right to say you can't

be biased against homosexuals than to say you can't be biased

against professional athletes or workaholics or overbearing

mothers-in-law.

Hate crime laws were created by the Anti-Defamation League

of B'nai B'rith, a Jewish organization committed to demonizing-and

yes, defaming-beliefs and values it opposes. Specifically, the ADL

opposes anti-Israel and anti-homosexual activism and Christian

evangelism. Hate crime laws were not created primarily to

respond to violent crime (which is, obviously, already illegal). They

were created to marginalize and then criminalize certain kinds of

speech and "bias" ­ primarily Christian.

The Mothers Act is pending legislation that will indoctrinate
hundreds of thousands of mothers into taking dangerous psych
drugs. It is a great example of how the Big Pharma lobby controls

dramatically inflating the costs of our health care system for
everyone. Like any piece of legislation it purports to address a
troubling issue – in this case the mood distress of mothers
following birth known as postpartum depression. It is true that
10% - 15% of women need some assistance in dealing with
this topic – but the majority of them sure don’t need it from
Big Pharma. That is the Big Lie.

The Mothers Act (S. 1375: Mom's Opportunity to Access
Health, Education, Research, and Support for Postpartum
Depression Act) has the net affect of reclassifying the natural
process of pregnancy and birth as a mental disorder that requires
the use of unproven and extremely dangerous psychotropic
medications (which can also easily harm the child). Urgent
consumer action (see below) is needed to stop this atrocity, as
the Senate could now vote any day.

It is my understanding that the process of birth, the intimate
bonding of mother and child, and the placing of significant
responsibility on the father is all part of a healthy culture and
the backbone of the fabric that makes strong families and
consequently our great nation. I fail to see why we need laws
that force health care professionals to emphasize the idea that
the process is some type of mental illness affecting 80% of all
women – what a bogus pile of crap.

The Mothers Act proposes sweeping and dramatic changes in
the delivery of pregnancy care by all health professionals. It
demands that health professionals indoctrinate pregnant women
into mental health treatment options for mild depression-like
symptoms experienced during or following pregnancy, including
moderate symptoms they call “baby blues” which they say affects
80% of pregnant women. In other words, this is a massive federate
health mandate to get the majority of pregnant and nursing
mothers on psych drugs – a new target market for Big Pharma.
