Increasing Police
Violence

Police brutality as a regular occurrence in

America was once limited to specific areas

in big cities. It was motivated by an "us-versus-

them" racist police mentality that was formerly

isolated to ghettos and included also organized

crime strongholds in such big cities as Chicago

and New York during the government-imposed

Prohibition back in the 1920s and 30s. The

"them" in the combative police mindset

during this time was comprised of a certain

race or a particular criminal class, and

focused mainly on organized mobsters

personified by bootleggers and gamblers

generally identified as elements of the

Italian Mafia. And in the mid-1800s, Irish

gangs in New York City were commonplace.

Back in the early part of the last century

and still in existence today, were the black

and Hispanic ghettos representative of the

cities of New York and Los Angeles. Even

without direct public approval, an underlying

public attitude existed that condoned

isolated incidents of "rubber hose" back

jail cell or stationhouse basement

mistreatment and torture of ghetto or

race specific individuals while in police

captivity. "They probably deserved it" was

in all likelihood the general attitude

characteristic of this laissez faire public

aloofness. And both the police and the

public are aware of the high rates of crime

in the impoverished ghettos of the big cities.

Organized criminals and gangsters, a

subculture of American society, could

easily be identified as not only antisocial,

but extremely dangerous as typified by the

rampant machine-gun shootings and gang

murders in public by the criminal gangs of

the 20s and 30s. Territorial gang wars as

agents were all the result of the government's

ill-conceived Prohibition against alcoholic

beverage consumption. The battle lines

were drawn by law enforcement and

organized crime in the struggle to provide

the bootlegging demanded by the public

and banned by a meddlesome state. But

the then-illegal liquor trade made so by

the sanctimonious saints of yet another

soon-to-be more efficient criminal

subculture, American government, was

the product of our government's continuing

stupid and failed attempts to legislate

morality. The latter is an impossible feat

for the most immoral sector of any society.

Police brutality and murders in small

town rural areas were concentrated mostly

in the South, and were exemplified

primarily by police-permitted lynchings

and torture deaths directed towards black

Americans in those locales. The Civil Rights

movement of the 1960s also produced

among virtually all the police departments

of our nation, an increased police

intolerance for anti-racial demonstrations. The

murders of three

Rights Activists and the subsequent

cover-up of the crime in Mississippi in

1964 became the classic reference point

for Southern inhospitality on the part of

both a select minority of its citizenry [the

Klan] and police compounded by a

nebulous and undefined code of public approval.

In my high school years in the late 1950s, I

joined the police-sponsored Civil Defense

unit which met at the local police station

in Queens, New York. In addition to the

mandatory first aid training I received in

high school, the Civil Defense unit also

trained me in first aid thereby reinforcing

my life-saving and emergency medical

techniques. As part of the local precinct

of the NYPD, I mingled with the police

officers in the stationhouse.

The grumblings among the police officers

after televised news segments were aired

depicting police clashes with peaceful

marchers and demonstrators clearly

indicated more than a mere contempt

for both the Civil Rights movement and

the participating demonstrators on the

part on those officers of the NYPD. Members

of this very Northern and "Union"-oriented

police department became extremely

intolerant of these demonstrations in spite

of the fact that they were sanctioned by the

First Amendment and completely

peaceful. One of those televised news

vignettes showed the police and state

troopers assembled in a Southern town. The

newsreel recorded the police charge wherein

they literally tore into a column of African-

Americans and supportive whites that were

under the leadership of the late Reverend

Dr. Martin Luther King.

The police used attack dogs, swung their

billy clubs indiscriminately, and brutally

attacked women and even elderly

demonstrators, knocking them to the

ground and then continuously beating

them as their victims lay bleeding on the

ground. This wasn't crowd control; these

were acts of horrendous police brutality

and torture on public display. These

people had a right to demonstrate, were

not tying up traffic nor committing any

other type of criminal damage to the local

community. And they were marching

while prominently holding and displaying

the American flag. But they failed to obey

"police orders," even though those

"orders" were unconstitutional.

The site of that massive out-of-control

police rampage is still etched upon my

mind. It changed something inside

me. It planted a tiny seed of distrust for

both government and its police. It didn't,

at least at that time, extend my distrust

and disappointment to the uniforms of

the American military; I served my time

in the US Army. But, even that seed was

planted. Misguided volunteers for a

volunteer Army [or a Civil Defense unit]

controlled by expensively suited and

tie-wearing lunatics and genocidal

maniacs can still result in unwarranted,

unjust, and unconstitutional mass

murders and torture, even when

intending "to bring democracy" to a

people of another nation that never

asked for it and never did our nation

and its people any harm.

How did we "progress" from a "protect

and serve" mentality to one where every

American citizen is a criminal until the

citizen-victim proves otherwise under

taser torturing, physical beatings, and

outright life-threatening assault by

police? How did we go from an

"innocent until proven guilty" foundation

to the current government attitude

of guilty until proven innocent? The

police mindset has been transformed

into a new version of "us [the police]

versus them" [every citizen in America]!

The causes for this hatred by all levels

of police for America's citizens can be

attributed to four factors. The first

factor is technology. Police are now

able and capable of using monumental

technology against their new-found

enemy, the American people. Second,

police across America at all levels

have been unified by federal money,

benefits, equipment and reward-

producing initiatives provided by

Washington, DC. Third, the mindset

created by Cheney-Bush utilizing 9/11

and the success of Clinton's Waco

Massacre; everyone in America should

be, and WILL be, considered a terrorist,

or at least an "enemy combatant," until

convincingly proved to be

otherwise. Employing cruel and unusual

punishment is now the standard method

of proving innocence. Prohibitions

against these methods as documented

in that "goddamned piece of paper"

are no longer valid. And finally,

government's never-ending progressive

need for control, more control, and still

more control of its subjects. The "War

on Drugs" ["controlled" substances] and

gun "control" are typical. More and

more complicated and unintelligible

regulatory control mumbo-jumbo is

just what a dictatorship needs to make

sure every citizen does something

wrong so they can be arrested.

Let's look at these in turn. Technology

today is completely mind-boggling. Police

can employ infrared heat-sensitive

electronic scanners to focus on targeted

perpetrators inside brick and concrete

buildings. This technology is now available

to our military if not "our" police. Through

federal programs, it obviously can be made

available to police. And the government's

contempt and increasing violations of the

1878 Posse Comitatus Act will now enable

present advanced military technology to be

used against American citizens as well as

formerly legitimate, organized public

demonstrations.

Video cameras for citizen control by police

are everywhere in America, and are being

expanded exponentially. Police now carry

fully automatic machine-guns as "standard

operating procedure" or SOP. Police dress

up in "SWAT" semi-military gear letting

America know that they are prepared to

shoot and kill with minimum

provocation. Razor wire barriers at

political conventions are also

SOP. Rubber bullets, audio weaponry,

disabling gases and smoke and other

"crowd control" disablers are also SOP.

Second, American police at all levels are

generously supported by the American

taxpayer via federal benefits delivered

to local, county and state police via

military surplus, and the required

acceptance of federal "initiatives"

such as the "War on Drugs" and the

"Global War on Terror," as well as

other federal initiatives. Police

departments at all levels in America

also become the recipients of federal

funding grants, special training, and

even the newest standard and surplus

military equipment. This federal

involvement with police departments

all across the country has progressed

to where it now unifies all American

police thereby creating yet another

dimension of a standing military force

so obnoxious to the Founding Fathers.

Third, the establishment of "terror groups"

did not start with either the 1993 World

Trade bombing or the destruction of

the World Trade complex on September 11,

2001. It actually started with the Waco

siege and massacre under the first Clinton

regime. The combined use of police, the

federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and

Firearms [BATF], FBI, and the United

States military demonstrate clearly the

fear the Founders had in allowing the

federal government a standing army

and its horrific power to kill and

destroy. And although BATF and FBI

are "suit-and-tie" alphabet agencies, as

Waco demonstrated, they can and do act

in concert as a dangerous standing army.

The violation of the Posse Comitatus Act

was blatant, but as usual, since the

federal government can wield massive

killing power, and along with the

compliance of a virtually non-existent

American press, our killer government

experienced absolutely no modicum of

challenge from the media thereby

getting away totally with this most

egregious criminal outrage which in

effect supplants and makes irrelevant

the Boston Massacre and even the

American Revolution itself. Terrorism

is now used by American government to

control its own citizens. Justification for

such state paranoia was derived from

so-called anti-government terror groups

targeting America, whether real or imagined.

The Waco Massacre was totally

unnecessary. It perfectly demonstrates the

fourth factor. A simple mistake on a firearm

form, or a gun barrel that's an inch too

short, or the mere mention of the word

"gun," or a personal amount of a "controlled

substance," and uniformed police thugs

are now authorized the use of deadly

force. It is no longer necessary to prove

a crime has been committed, and a

crime is now defined by actions that are

really no crime at all because no fellow

citizen or citizens were injured. No

damage to any form of citizen or citizen

property need be proven. Waco was

planned and executed by Bill Clinton

and Janet Reno to terrify American

citizens and gun owners by demonstrating

the unlimited total power and authority

of government. Cheney-Bush are now

using this total power in Iraq and

Afghanistan to also kill, maim and

torture the unarmed and innocent

civilians of nations that did US no

harm. But what goes around will

eventually come around! Get ready

for yet another Waco or 9/11!

What is most horrifying for Americans

is the realization that there is only one

direction for ALL government: unchecked,

unlimited growth and never-ending

expansion of deadly force. And for

those individuals who were previously

totally incapable of understanding the

relationship of expanded government

and the resultant lessening of individual

freedoms, that relationship can now be

more easily understood. Whoever

offered that government "continually

grows" itself was telling it like it really

is. Look at the rate of government

expansionism! Look how increasingly

dangerous government at all levels

has become! Now ordinary traffic

pullovers and "confrontations" with

police as in just simply asking a police

officer for geographic directions when

lost can result in tasering, beating,

torture and even death.

As "We the People" are supposedly

"represented" by "two" political parties,

yet both with exactly the same agenda,

and Congressional representatives and

senators that completely ignore the will

of the people when it is publicly aired via

elections, it is obvious that the real power

and authority in America is not the people

but an unseen and unknown shadow

government empowered by the

international bankers seeking a

"New World Order." The avenue for

a reasonable, peaceful solution to this

increasing tyranny is growing

narrower and shorter.

How should we respond to the growing

threat of the state? Peaceably, of course!

But the rapidly increasing technological

power of the uniformed state guards

across America and their exponentially

growing violence against any and all

citizens, is working rapidly to prevent

any attempt at a peaceful

solution. Their total crushing of

individual freedom and citizen "wiggle

room" is threatening to destroy any

peaceful debate and corrective political

action. And as we become dangerously

closer to this non-solution, only one

course of action will be open: street

violence and revolution. All it will

take is another horrific outrage the

public finally realizes is government

perpetrated and violence may

erupt. And it appears that our

political class is both aware of

this as well as completely intent

on making it happen. The state is

powerfully equipped with dangerous

weapons of mass destruction; Waco

proves that our federal government

will use them against US!

The perpetrators of crime, formerly

identified as the "criminal element," are

ALWAYS prepared for violence. A

criminal does not commit rape, robbery,

assault and murder unless he intends

to succeed at his crime by employing

violence. Honest, decent, law-abiding

Americans just want to be left alone. They

are NOT prepared for violence, unless

they come to realize that no matter

how hard they try, violence cannot be

avoided. And when that realization

hits home, who is it that better deserves

the suffering produced from acts of

violence? Wouldn't that be the

unprovoked originator of the violence?

What happens if the American people

join together and determine that ALL

police and government authority is

"them?" Under police state slavery, we

will all be treated violently, and enslaved

and tortured. We will be sent to

forced-labor work camps [being built

by Cheney-Bush right now!] to enrich

the central bankers and their New

World Order. If we are to be killed

and tortured by heavily armed uniformed

government guards, we will suffer and

die anyway, so what real choice do we have?

Considering these scenarios, perhaps we

are fast approaching yet another time in

our republic's brief history when we

should again consider another:

"Live Free Or Die!"

How to Detect Mind Control

Name Calling

This can include being called negative names (used
inappropriately) likeliar, psychotic, paranoid, crazy,
communist, etc. The purpose, intentional
or unintentional, of the usage of these names is to
discredit the person they are being used on, without
discussing the facts of the debate or topic. Sometimes
names are used to shock the listener, which may
put the listener into a more susceptible mind state
and not critically think about the topic but simply
accept the negative name or opinion subliminally.

Glittering Generalities

Democracy, capitalism or other ideas are often
discussed in these terms. These terms may be described
positively without a critical analysis of all sides of the issue.

The important thing is to look at the ideas behind the
terms and analyze them critically. A group may also
only discuss the positives of the organization, ignoring any
negative criticism about the group. The important thing
is to check out any group or organization as completely as
possible before joining. But I believe it is also
important to trust people when they are safe,
so that we can recover by sharing and connecting.

Exaggeration

A user of propaganda may use terms like "many,"
"a lot," "numerous," or "a few" without backing up
these numbers or statistics. The usage of these words
may make a person or organization look better or worse
without data or substantial proof.

Emotional Manipulation

Sometimes it is important to look at the argument(s)
with as little emotion as possible, and try to see the facts only.

"...there are four elements to a successful
fear appeal:1) a threat, 2) a specific
recommendation about how the audience
should behave, 3) audience perception
that the recommendation will be effective
in addressing the threat,and 4) audience
perception that they are capable of
performing the recommended behavior." Groups
may also use these techniques on their members. They
may say, "If you don’t do this, then the world will end,
we will close, etc." For members that are very needy or
attached to the organization or person making the
statement, this threat may be very difficult to ignore.

In E-mail, this may be caused by the use of capital letters
or other techniques. The writer may say things like, "apples
are always red," and then, "apples are always blue," to
cause confusion in the reader and make them more
susceptible to the ideas in the E-mail. While the mind
is trying to figure out which statement is true, the
reader’s mind may become more susceptible to the
suggestion or idea.

Sutphen in his article talks about "Shock and
Confusion," how people go into a meditative
state when scared and are more likely to
be compliant to the second suggestion. If
people are made to feel guilty that they were
given something, they are more
likely to follow the next command, like
give money, etc.

For survivors, I think the important thing is to
realize when these techniques are being used on
us. To fight the second suggestion and not follow it
blindly. This may entail leaving the area immediately
and going to a safe spot. Online this may mean reading
certain E-mails with support people present. And to
avoid those that may use these suggestions on us
whenever possible. Learning how to develop safe
support systems and safe resources can help with
this. I believe it is dangerous to believe that
we can’t be MC’ed.

Guilt may also be used as a technique, especially
on survivors. Making people feel like they haven’t
done enough for a particular group or
organization, asking people to do things without
considering all sides of the issue or their own needs.

Neediness can also be used. Survivors may be
looking for approval, acceptance and a place to
discuss their feelings. So they may not be able to
critically decide what support systems may
be the safest for them. Groups will first be very
nice or overly nice to them (love bombing), but
this will often disappear later and emotional
manipulation and threats or guilt may be used
to try to cause the desired behavior.

Subliminal Commands

The techniques used to create subliminal
commands can vary. I believe they usually
create a meditative state in the individual. I
have heard that TV can cause these states. "Glassy
eyed stares" or "being spaced out" are often used
to describe this state. Shock or fear or other
extreme emotional states may also be used to
create meditative states. These commands may
help the writer bypass the reader’s conscious mind.

Specific triggers may be used on survivors. These
may sound like the ideas of those that do not believe
in the existence of recovered memory or ritual
abuse. These can include calling a person paranoid,
psychotic or crazy (see "name calling") and allude
to the fact that a person’s paranoia is connected to
a psychotic disorder, which, I believe, usually
isn’t the case. This can be used to try and get
the survivor to doubt their own reality and the
reality of their memories. (See SMART issue
#27 for the low rate (less than 5 percent) of
"false" memories.)

Subliminal triggers may also be used intentionally
or unintentionally to remind a survivor of a specific
ritual or past program. Repeated use (or the one
time use) of certain terms, that could be triggering
for survivors, could qualify. The writer may be using
these terms to scare or trigger the reader.

A colleague of mine wrote me and told me that
she uses three criterion to determine online if a
person may be a perpetrator of MC.

1) If the person uses guilt.

2) If the person tells them to
"f_ off." (Could be considered a
technique to shock the reader.)

3) Using lots of triggers to control
their actions.

I think the one thing that all 3 above have
in common is they entail some sort of
emotional manipulation and/or trigger.

Changing the Topic

Rather than deal with the specific topic, a group
or person may try to change the topic, or discredit
the other side, rather than deal with the criticisms or
arguments in the debate. A variety of propaganda
techniques may be used to try and do this. This
technique has occasionally been used by
politicians and others.

Repetition

One way of remembering something is to
constantly repeat it. This is one way we learn
to remember new words and songs. Rather
than debating the points of the debate, a debater
may simply continue calling a person a liar or
crazy or a traitor, etc. (see "name calling")
without backing up their statements. How
often is an idea in an argument presented without
a source or logical backing. This is one place in a
debate or argument where a debater may show
their "true colors." Are they interested in
debating the points of the argument or are
they using propaganda and mind control
techniques?

Testimonials

Individuals that are not qualified to discuss
the particulars (the specific facts) of a debate
or product may join the debate or ad
campaign and make statements that
may have little or no logical backing or
factual basis. Organizations and companies
may use a variety of techniques to encourage
such participation.

Band Wagon

The user of propaganda may encourage people
to join the cause without asking them to think
about the facts and other side of the argument. This
may include a kind of hero worship, including fancy
clothes, high expenditures, claims of a large
following, etc. I think the most important thing is
to follow your instincts and recovery, not
someone else. Other people may have valid
and helpful things to say, but I believe our
recovery has to be our own.

Logical Fallacies

These will be intentionally used by the user
of propaganda to manipulate opinion.

Example: John likes apples.

Hitler liked apples.

John likes Hitler.

This can be used in politics. Equating communism
to fascism because one or several communist
governments may have been fascist is an
example of this. A person may agree with
someone on one topic and disagree with the
same person on another topic. The user of
propaganda may try to lump the two people
or a group of people together that disagree with
them, suggesting a conspiracy, when
it may only be people agreeing on a certain topic.

You might hear that we can’t trust anyone if
certain people aren’t safe. This is a logical fallacy
and isn’t true. It may take time for the
survivor to trust again, but I think we need
to keep trying to trust safe people, so we can heal.

Unwarranted Extrapolation

This is another logical fallacy. A person receiving
a criticism may claim that a critique of themselves
or their group may cause divisiveness in
society or their movement. ("Love it or leave
" is an example of this.) The repetition of this idea
may reinforce the idea in the reader’s mind. An
alternative way of looking at this is that the same
critique could also make the movement stronger, by
encouraging people to think about their choices
and use caution before making those
choices. It may encourage all those in the
movement to become healthier, making
the movement even stronger.

In all logical fallacies, and in terms of
propaganda in general, try to
see the other possible conclusions
of the argument, not simply
those presented by the user of
propaganda.

How to Avoid Blindly Accepting Propaganda
and Being Mind Controlled

(Please note: these are only suggestions. You
may want to analyze each of them to see if
they have any value to you and if
necessary, add some of your own.)

"The subjects easiest to influence are
usually young, trusting,gullible, and
non-critical people from protective
backgrounds or people who may be
particularly vulnerable because of some recent
unsettled transition (my note: survivors may
also fit in this category)...the rejects are likely to
be individuals who have easy access to accurate,
critical, or counterbalancing information. Insolent,
self-centered,street-wise, highly critical or
recalcitrant individuals are generally
culled out..." Though everyone is susceptible
to some degree.

1) Try to find out both sides of the story.

2)Learn about propaganda and mind control
techniques and learn how to recognize them. If
necessary, learn to avoid those using these
techniques(this may be online or offline.) The
media and advertisements may be a
good place to start either learning about
these techniques or avoiding them. At times,
advertisements don’t even discuss the product
or its attributes at all.

3) When in a potential situation where you can
be MC’ed or propagandized,learn how to
recognize the feelings of going into a
meditative state and learn some of the
techniques for getting out of these

I believe that avoidance of these situations
is usually the best way to keep from being
MC’ed or propagandized.

4) The user of propaganda or mind
control techniques may exhibit a
"lack of morals," lying and/or disregarding
the rules of the debate, list,
group or society. This is similar to the
"us vs them" or may be justified
by "the ends justify the means"
arguments organizations may use, see
SMART #29 (Cult Information Article.)

5) Try to use your gut feelings. If
something doesn’t feel right, step
back or remove yourself from the
situation. I believe that a legitimate
group or organization will give an
individual the time and room to make
their own choices (see "Emotional
Manipulation" above).

I believe the following statement also
applies to being MC’ed and/or
fooled by propaganda. From FactNet,
"No one "joins a cult." People recruited into
destructive groups think they are doing
something else, something beneficial and
worthwhile. Anyone can be recruited
given the right sales pitch and the right
conditions in one’s life. We are all potential
victims." While I believe it is necessary to
learn from our mistakes, I think that
feeling too much guilt doesn’t help. It may
be necessary to make an amends when
safe. This may be simply by getting healthy
and possibly educating others.

As always, please use your own
judgement and try to research
everything as fully as possible. Don’t
accept anything anyone says simply
because they say it or claim to be
an expert or whatever. Try to check
it out for yourself. I am not an expert, and I
am continually learning new things about
myself and the above topics.

There is no shortage of speculation about "why" our leaders are still
adamantly planning for the destruction of Iran, in the face of
overwhelming popular opposition, even though everyone except
the neocons and their allies believes that America would not survive
our own actions. An irrational attack is planned and apparently the
decision has been chiseled in stone. It may be for Israel. It may be for
oil. Maybe it is for world domination?


We are launching a nuclear world war to save us from ourselves. "We
have found the enemy and he is us." --Pogo. We risk blowing the
world apart, to avoid watching America slowly choke on its own excesses.


The government has known for decades that America is on a countdown
to self-destruction. Among the elite it is common knowledge that our
"global economy" must one day collapse from its own dead weight. In
1974 an intensive research project was undertaken by the Stanford
Research Institute and the Charles F. Kettering Foundation for the
Dept. of Education. Their final report was released as the Changing
Images of Man. It was compiled by the SRI Center for the Study of
Social Policy, Director Willis Harmon. This is a far-reaching
investigation into how the basic nature of man might be
changed. The Aquarian Conspiracy describes the implementation
of their work in the real world..


The most reassuring part of "Images" is that it confirms my own
conclusions about our crisis, but it is also the most disturbing
part, for it confirms my worst reservations about this time.


The object of the research was the development of a plausible
vision of the future in which democratic methods survive, major
problems are managed successfully if not resolved, and the
unfolding of the human potential continues to expand. In other
words, the postulation of a "desirable future" including feasible
paths to its realization . . .


The government was looking forward to a very troubling future, trying
to figure out the best path through it. The plan was to find ways to
shape and mold mankind into a new cultural image, complete with
new ideas and ideologies, even religious ones. The root of the problem
was human nature, and solution was to reshape the competing forces
of daily life, in order to forge a new image of a new human nature. The
researchers were brutally honest in seeking all available knowledge
pertaining to their research, and in assessing the current common
image of man-on-earth.


The research revealed that there were a multitude of crises that were
about to intersect in America's near future. Not the least of these
converging catastrophes was a rapidly approaching breakdown of both
American capitalism and democracy. The collapse was a natural result
of globalism and monopoly capitalism. The basic greed that powers the
system eroded the American political and economic structures, exposing
the foundation of immorality and unfairness that amplifies the social
unrest. The Stanford researchers clearly predicted that the American
economy was destined to collapse from its own dead weight. The data
also showed that that economic collapse was to be accompanied by
disastrous social repercussions, such as rioting and upheaval, which
would lead us into a "garrison state."


The thing about this research is that this work has confirmed that
our economy based on parasitic capitalism, where the small elite
sits atop the heap of men and gorges on their lifeblood, is
destroying the social fabric of America. This system is based on a
stacked deck, where the top elite always reap the profits that
are made to rise to the top through the corporate profits-
based system. The research confirmed that the growing inequities
of such a system were ever increasing and with them, elevated social
tensions. A system based on usury and putting everyone in the "poor
house" is an economic order that is guaranteed to produce a democratic
revolution, whenever the misery index of the armed populace exceeds
the limits that they are willing to peacefully bear, without striking back
at the source of their misery.


Changing Images of Man predicts an American economic collapse and
a "garrison" (police) state," if the overwhelming inequities of our
economic system are not corrected by powerful multinationals making
more humane decisions. Alternatives to this doomsday scenario are
discussed, all of which point to the need to devote all available resources
towards transforming the image of man, changing man's nature, instead
of altering the corrupted economic system which has brought America
to this dire state. In this government study it was inappropriate to
denounce the evil culprits behind all our troubles (who pull the strings
on government itself), even though the task was to document and
remedy the damage that they have done. Instead, they are cited
as the hopeful "saviors," that we should look to for help and
leadership. The hypocrisy of the hegemons! The authors admit
that it is "utopian in 1974 to think of the multinational corporations
as potentially among our most effective mechanisms for husbanding
the earth's resources and optimizing their use for human benefit -- the
current popular image of the corporation tends to be more that of
the spoiler and the exploiter."


Instead of charging the people who are responsible for our
situation (such as men like David Rockefeller), for manipulating
our economy and our democracy to maximize their profits, the
multi-national corporations and their owners were exalted as
the potential saviors of mankind. Rockefeller and the elite have
consistently taken steps to dominate the world by controlling
people through "humanitarian" projects which, in the end, turn
out to be profit mechanisms. The "green revolution" to spread corporate
farming to the Third World has been the key to globalization's destabilizing of
world labor markets, in order to create populations of "refugee workers," who
are willing to go anywhere to find work for slave wages. This is the cause of
the wave of illegal immigration into the US from Mexico. This is part of the
proof that there are powerful individuals who are using their economic
power to undermine nations in a long-term scheme to gain control of
nations and multiply their profits.


Here David Rockefeller admits media collusion with his one world
plans: "We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New
York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications
whose directors have attended our meetings and respected
their promises of discretion for almost forty years. It would
have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the
world if we had been subjected to the light of publicity
during those years. But now the world is more sophisticated
and prepared to march towards a world government. The
supra-national sovereignty of an intellectual elite and
world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-
determination practiced in past centuries."


Rockefeller writes on page 405 of his memoirs: "Some even believe
we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests
of the United States, characterizing my family and me as
'internationalists' and of conspiring with others around
the world to build a more integrated global political and
economic structure - one world, if you will. If that is the
charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it." (Activists Go

Everything that "Images" suggested to remedy shortcomings in the
economic system was based on the assumption that men like this
would acquire a new corporate benevolence, with CEOs gaining basic
humanity. According to Rockefeller himself (who freely admits his
efforts to replace America with a "one world" order), he has been
working for the greater good of man, all along.


Their conclusions on American political shortcomings were that
these would be tended to by the new improved humane politicians, sort
of like Bush's "compassionate conservatives." Step 4 of their six-part
strategy to "Bring About a Non-Catostrophic Transformation" --
"Encourage a politics of righteousness and a heightened sense of public
responsibilities of the private sector . . . A politics of righteousness
might have been laudable in any generation; it may be indispensable
for safe passage through the times just ahead."


The report authors recognize the inevitability of the rising new image
of man, describing it as a quasi-religious awakening within the collective
mind of man, man's new human nature, relating it to the actual
process of spiritual learning that has been going on within religions
for thousands of years. They praise Freemasonry and the skills
and disciplines inculcated within its members, speculating that
their ways might be the key to shoring-up our free enterprise
democratic society.


They developed a strategy to revitalize America's motivational
images, symbols and institutions, outlining five separate approaches
to the problem, describing the pluses and the pitfalls of each, according
to their effects upon society. These approaches are defined as
"restorative, simulative, manipulative, persuasive and
facilitative." Restoration of crumbling icons works best in
the early stages of societal transformation (revitalization
cycle). The simulative strategy introduces new ideas, whenever
the collapse of the old order becomes apparent. The manipulative
strategy seeks to limit individual freedoms. Persuasive propaganda
phase is to be coupled with proven mind control techniques, to keep
down the social upheaval and shape the emerging image.


"No doubt existing consciousness-changing, behavior-shaping, subliminal
persuasion, and other conditioning techniques could be used to
accomplish some sort of transformation of sobering proportions
(we ought to be able to be more effective than Nazi Germany). After
previously citing Nazi reinvigoration of the Germanic icons and ideals."


The transforming revitalization process mirrors the psychiatric
process of leading a patient through a psychotic break and the
restructuring of his life, but on a national scale.


Once the transformation becomes apparent, social stability will
become a problem, especially when society feels pushed by
overextending the simulative stage. Actions taken to increase
the polarization between "transformation enthusiasts and the
conservatives" are called "constructive," except when it is desirable
to take actions that "contribute to social cohesion." They were
searching for the best path to bring about a controlled deconstruction
of everything that "America" means and the reconstruction of
a new improved vision of America. They are midwifes to the delivery
of the "New World Order," as they go about the dirty business of
guiding society through that predicted period of "friendly fascism."


The great anomaly is given as the great chasm between an
efficiently functioning profit-driven capitalist society and the
human needs and desires of that society which go unmet, so that
"profits" can be taken. In fact, the "profit" really amounts to the
bread that is taken from the poor. The inequities and the unfairness
of the corporate system are causing the breakdown of American
capitalism and American democracy. The American catastrophe
is causing the breakdown of the world economy for the
same reason, the basic inability of monopoly capitalism
to meet the basic needs demanded by the world's people.


Bush's appointed task is to bully America through this turbulent period
of upheaval, with as little disruption of corporate activity as
possible. Government has taken the words of this study to heart, preparing
a manipulative transformation, to divert or preempt the coming collapse
of our nation with a massive war today. This is also one of the primary
reasons for the coming world war, to serve as a prelude to American
martial law. Instead of calling out the troops after the insurrection
has begun, they plan to call out the troops first. If the American
military is to forcefully control the homeland, including their own
relatives, then the troops must first be convinced that the nation's
survival depends upon their patriotic actions. This is why the world
war against Iran has not started yet, because our National Guard
must first be convinced that its duty is to put down the American
rebellion which will surely accompany the bombing of Iran. The
timing for their great takeover is crucial, if they want to move
America past (through) the social unrest as quickly as possible.


Here are the "Elements of a Strategy for a Non-catastrophic Transition":

1. Promote awareness of the unavoidability of the transformation.

2. Foster construction of a guiding vision of a workable society
built around the new image of man and new social paradigm.

3. Foster a period of experimentation and tolerance for
diverse alternatives.

4. Encourage a politics of righteousness and a heightened sense
of public responsibilities of the private sector . . . A politics of
righteousness might have been laudable in any generation; it
may be indispensable for safe passage through the times just ahead.

5. Promote systematic exploration of and foster education
regarding man's inner life, his subjective experience.

6. Plan adequate social controls for the transition period while
safeguarding against longer-term losses of freedom . . . Regulation
and restraint of behavior will be necessary in order to hold the
society together while it goes around a difficult corner.


There must be a new economics to deal with the "new
scarcities." Arguing for corporate America to adopt a humanitarian
aspect, the argument is made for an alternative "new
socialism," where important sectors like energy might be
nationalized for the good of the country, and greater pressure
put upon corporations to mandate a sort of social awareness
of employee needs, as much as shareholder profits.

"The appropriate question may be not so much how to bring
about a transformation . . . but rather how to facilitate a non-catastrophic
transformation." [page 195]


"Construct a guiding version of a workable society, built around a
new positive image of humankind and corresponding vision of a
suitable social paradigm. As the old order shows increasing signs
of falling apart, some adequate vision of what may be simultaneously
building is urgently needed for mobilization of constructive effort. The
guiding vision has to include some way of providing for full and
valued participation in the economic and social affairs of the
community and society, especially for those who are physically
and mentally able to contribute but find themselves in a state
of unwilling idleness and deterioration of spirit."


Despite all the report's shortcomings and its hypocrisy, it does
make some sound observations about what is needed for our
immediate survival. We should take it as a guide to what our
government knows about the coming mega-crisis and a template to
help us see what changes we could make if there were truly a new
economy, a new social contract, a new American state. For it is
obvious to all those who take the time to look, that we are headed into
period of national freefall, when American society plunges head
first, into a dark abyss of uncertainty, as the old order passes
away, and the New World Order rushes in to fill the void.


We are seeing the planned collapse of America, coming
down the road we are on. What are we going to do to get

When it comes to producing billionaires, America is doing great. Until 2005, multimillionaires could still make the Forbes list of the 400 richest Americans. In 2006, the Forbes 400 went billionaires only. This year, you'd need a Forbes 482 to fit all the billionaires. A billion dollars is a lot of dough. Queen Elizabeth II, British monarch for five decades, would have to add $400 million to her $600 million fortune to reach $1 billion. And she'd need another $300 million to reach the Forbes 400 minimum of $1.3 billion. The average Forbes 400 member has $3.8 billion. When the Forbes 400 began in 1982, it was dominated by oil and manufacturing fortunes. Today, says Forbes, "Wall Street is king." Nearly half the 45 new members, says Forbes, "made their fortunes in hedge funds and private equity. Money manager John Paulson joins the list after pocketing more than $1 billion short-selling subprime credit this summer." The 25th anniversary of the Forbes 400 isn't party time for America. We have a record 482 billionaires -- and record foreclosures. We have a record 482 billionaires -- and a record 47 million people without any health insurance. Since 2000, we have added 184 billionaires -- and 5 million more people living below the poverty line. The official poverty threshold for one person was a ridiculously low $10,294 in 2006. That won't get you two pounds of caviar ($9,800) and 25 cigars ($730) on the Forbes Cost of Living Extremely Well Index. The $20,614 family-of-four poverty threshold is lower than the cost of three months of home flower arrangements ($24,525). Wealth is being redistributed from poorer to richer. Between 1983 and 2004, the average wealth of the top 1 percent of households grew by 78 percent, reports Edward Wolff, professor of economics at New York University. The bottom 40 percent lost 59 percent. In 2004, one out of six households had zero or negative net worth. Nearly one out of three households had less than $10,000 in net worth, including home equity. That's before the mortgage crisis hit. In 1982, when the Forbes 400 had just 13 billionaires, the highest paid CEO made $108 million and the average full-time worker made $34,199, adjusted for inflation in $2006. Last year, the highest paid hedge fund manager hauled in $1.7 billion, the highest paid CEO made $647 million, and the average worker made $34,861, with vanishing health and pension coverage. The Forbes 400 is even more of a rich men's club than when it began. The number of women has dropped from 75 in 1982 to 39 today. The 400 richest Americans have a conservatively estimated $1.54 trillion in combined wealth. That amount is more than 11 percent of our $13.8 trillion Gross Domestic Product (GDP) -- the total annual value of goods and services produced by our nation of 303 million people. In 1982, Forbes 400 wealth measured less than 3 percent of U.S. GDP. And the rich, notes Fortune magazine, "give away a smaller share of their income than the rest of us." Thanks to mega-tax cuts, the rich can afford more mega-yachts, accessorized with helicopters and mini-submarines. Meanwhile, the infrastructure of bridges, levees, mass transit, parks and other public assets inherited from earlier generations of taxpayers crumbles from neglect, and the holes in the safety net are growing. The top 1 percent of households -- average income $1.5 million -- will save a collective $79.5 billion on their 2008 taxes, reports Citizens for Tax Justice. That's more than the combined budgets of the Transportation Department, Small Business Administration, Environmental Protection Agency and Consumer Product Safety Commission. Tax cuts will save the top 1 percent a projected $715 billion between 2001 and 2010. And cost us $715 billion in mounting national debt plus interest. The children and grandchildren of today's underpaid workers will pay for the partying of today's plutocrats and their retinue of lobbyists. It's time for Congress to roll back tax cuts for the wealthy and close the loophole letting billionare hedge fund speculators pay taxes at a lower rate than their secretaries. Inequality has roared back to 1920s levels. It was bad for our nation then. Children over the age of six will have their fingerprints taken when
applying for a passport to comply with new EU regulations.

The European Commission says youngsters must be fingerprinted
for all new EU passports and national ID cards – even
those issued in the UK.

Until now, the Government has insisted that only children over
the age of 11 applying for biometric passports – which are due
to be introduced in 2009 – have to be fingerprinted.

But under the proposals, revealed in a report by the
Commission, children as young as six could be forced to
attend special identity centres.

Once there, their hands would be electronically scanned
and their personal details entered on an identity database.

The Commission, which is responsible for the general day-to-
day running of the European Union, says the move is essential
to prevent child trafficking.

But Tony Bunyan, of civil rights group Statewatch, said: 'The
taking of fingerprints from all children from age six upwards
is highly questionable. It is a moral and political question, not
a technical one'.

If you asked Genghis Khan for his formula for world conquest, you'd expect to hear "overwhelming force" or "terror." You would NOT expect to hear, "'Make-believe.'" "Make-believe?" Who is this, a diabolical Disney? Yet in the First Protocol of the "Protocols of the Elders of Zion," the author says three times, Our Countersign is "Force and Make-believe." By "Make-believe" I assume he means Mass Deception. I finally noticed this because of something I read in "The Truth About the Slump" (1931) by A.N. Field. It appears that Illuminati Jewish bankers financed the Bolshevik Revolution in exchange for ownership of Russian industry. (pp.62-72) German Secret Service documents instructed the Bolsheviks to "destroy the Russian capitalists as far as you please, but it would by no means be possible to permit the destruction of Russian enterprises." The German Imperial Bank sent the Bolsheviks in excess of 60 million rubles. In this context, Field cites Documents 10 and 11 between the bankers and the Bolsheviks: "They give a complete synopsis of the terms on which the German banks after the war were to control Russian industry." (p. 69) Of course German Secret Service Chief Max Warburg, the brother of US Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Warburg, was behind this. We're talking about international bankers and their confederates here. I was taught Communism was about equality and "public ownership," and the workers rose up to overthrow capitalist tyranny. I was not taught that Communism was a clever scheme by which certain capitalists paid Lenin and Trotsky to steal the wealth of other capitalists while pretending to promote the cause of workers. The international bankers used US Treasury money to finance both the Bolshevik Revolution and the USSR. (Collective Speeches of Congressman Louis T. What a triumph of "Make-believe" Communism was! Think of the millions of idealists who devoted their lives to this farce? Think of the millions who died in World War Two when the same bankers financed Hitler to keep Stalin in line? Think of the trillions of dollars spent in the Cold War? "Make-believe!" Think of how little we in the West hear of Stalin's or Mao's atrocities compared to Hitler's. They control the instruments of "Make-believe": the mass media and "education" system. ZIONISM Some people think the central bankers are instituting their world dictatorship on behalf of the Jewish people. This is understandable since the same bankers (Rothschild, Schiff, Warburgs etc.) have been the official leaders of the Jewish community. They finance most Jewish organizations and political movements where Jews are prominent. But if Communism was a ruse, certainly the others, Feminism, Liberalism, Socialism, Neo Conservatism and Zionism, are also fraudulent. Marshall, (1856-1929) the Counsel to bankers Kuhn Loeb, which represented the Rothschilds said in a letter Sept. 26 1918, "Zionism is but an incident of a far-reaching plan: it is merely a convenient peg on which to hang a powerful weapon." Gee, how would Jews who dedicated their lives to a "national homeland" react to this news? Or to the information that the new Israeli Supreme Court is filled with Masonic symbolism designed to serve the New World Order? Recalling that "force" is the other half of the formula, Marshall's letter ended with a threat to non-Zionist Jews: "All the protests they may make would be futile. It would subject them individually to hateful and concrete examples of a most impressive nature. Even if I were disposed to combat Zionism, I would shrink from the possibilities that might result." This letter was addressed to Max Senior, a businessman and philanthropist, who had asked Marshall to speak against Zionism at a rally (because Matshall posed as an anti- Zionist.) The threat is indicative of the gangster tactics Zionists used against the Jewish community. Senior was quick to react. He replied to Marshall Sept. 30 1918: "I repudiate any connection on national, religious , racial or cultural grounds, with 'national home- land for the Jews in Palestine.' We have seen how demoralizing a divided allegiance was to the Germans in this country. I do not pretend to know the inside political history and intricacies of policy at which you hint...I am not to be intimated into silence by either of the threats you mention...I regard the real danger to the Jew to lie in the silent acquiescence to the Zionist claims."
